Sheeba was built on traditional Yemeni cooking and forty-plus years of family kitchen experience. Five Michigan locations later, the recipes — and the standard — haven't changed. Sheeba opened its first kitchen in Dearborn, home to one of the largest Arab American communities in the country. The goal was simple: cook the food the family had always cooked, and share it with neighbors. Lamb haneeth, fahsah, smoky mandi, bone broth soup — these aren't adapted dishes. They're made the same way they've always been made.
