★★★★★ Excellent ambiance, good food, cordial service. A restaurant worth visiting. Houston finally has a Pakistani Halal restaurant that IS A Real Restaurant instead of a hole in the wall. When we visited, both owners were present and were actively engaged with the customers and staff to ensure that the guests are well catered. All Pakistani/Indian Halal restaurants in Houston pale in comparison to Colachi's contemporary and sleek décor, food quality/taste, as well as service. ★★★☆☆ I have been to this restaurant twice and have been disappointed with their entrees. I did order the Coclachi special chicken Karahai and there was nothing special about it. I have tried their Peshawari Karahi as well and i can say i've better Karahis in Houston. Having said that, their appetizers are great. I totally disagree with the name of restaurant though, its called Mai Colachi, the soul of Karachi.there is nothing about Karachi there, the food on menu, doesnot represent Karach at all.
