NR Called today and spoke with the manager. He did not know what halal or zabiha was. He said that he buys his chicken from crown fried directly he was lost as to why I was asking him these questions and then hung up. Posted on November 24, 2010 |

★★★★★ Best fried chicken and subs ever. We moved to the west coast for a few yrs and every time we visited NY, we stopped at this place for their great food soon after landing in NY. Prices that cannot be beat. Only problem-cash only and long lines. But its totally worth it Posted on November 8, 2007 |

★★★★★ Though this is primarily a fried chicken place, Pizza was awesome. Very friendly service, good and clean place to eat. Afterwards, you can go to Musjib-al-mamoor to pray Posted on October 5, 2004 |

★★★★☆ Must try the cheeseburger, tastes better than McDonald's! Fast and friendly service, pizza and chicken are great also. I give it one and half thumbs up. Posted on January 18, 2004 |

★★★☆☆ Assalamu alaikum Bismillah.
Their meat is supplied by Al Safa. A harvard law school graduate who is Muslim wrote a paper that succeeds in justifying the dubiousness of Al Safa's claims to providing meat that has been ritually slaughtered in the proper manner. I would avoid it.
However, I do eat a slice of pizza or two once in a while; their pizza's average, but if you have to eat pizza at a fast food joint, it might as well be a Muslim fast food joint.
Alhamdolillah Posted on December 3, 2003 |

★★★★☆ Its good. Several american dishes like pizza roll, mozzerella sticks, and chicken. Dissapointing though that most of their menu is now not much halal. Posted on October 7, 2003 |
