★★★★★ My husband and I have been here twice together. He goes there quite often with his friends. We both like the place. Service is kinda slow but the Kabobs are good and so is the Tomayo garlic sauce. The Arabic mint tea is good too. Shisha is pretty good. My husband smokes shisha often with his friends and really likes their grape mint flavor. He has taken me to a few shisha places in Houston since I moved here Feb 16, 2013 and this is the best one so far. He loves Ranosh because he says it reminds him of the shisha cafes from back home in Cairo, Egypt. Posted on April 27, 2013
