Welcome to Allen's Fried Chicken restaurant. From a well-established catering background in Lancashire, England, in the 1950's and 60's, Ray Allen, met with Colonel Harland Sanders in 1963, securing the famous American fast food rights, for the Colonel's Secret Recipe fried chicken for the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
