★★★★★ The guy working the register was very friendly and helpful. The baba ganoush was very different from your standard. It was finely pureed like hummus and had that kind of texture. However, the taste was definitely different from their hummus. Also had the meat combo plate, swapping out the mixed beef for lamb. The lamb was very tender, not at all chewy as I've had at other kabob places. Called ahead to order the food and it was ready to eat 15 minutes later. Posted on September 4, 2019 |

★☆☆☆☆ Called at 8:45 multiple times. Did not pick up and voicemail said something about them not picking calls from certain codes??? Driving from out of town, zabihah needs to update their resturant times and statuses. Posted on July 25, 2019 |

★☆☆☆☆ The two guys at counter are very rude and have worst customer service. They are highly unprofessional in resturant business. Food is average. Posted on January 4, 2019 |

NR The worst restaurant I have eat in. The food wasn't fresh , it was obvious that they just put it in a microwave. If you want to eat a leftover food, go to this place. Not only the food was bad the people who work there as bad as their food. I would never go there again or recommend it to any one. Posted on August 2, 2016 |

★★★★★ I came for a conference and decided to look for a Halal resturant, and this one was close.
Food is excellent.
The best thing is the friendly atmosphere. I just felt like that lady is my mother, that guy is my brother, and the restaurant is my home.
I wish you all the best. Posted on March 6, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ The place is OK, the service is quick and courteous. We ordered chicken and beef kabobs; the chicken was good but the beef was undercooked and the meat quality very bad. I chewed on every piece for few minutes before giving up. I should have asked to replace it; they would have done so eagerly. Posted on August 15, 2013 |

★★★★★ I debated whether to give this pale a 4 or 5 star rating and decided to go with 5.
We visited them twice during our vacation in Denver.
The good:
The food is to die for -- some of the tastiest food we has ever had.
The service is good. Person over the phone verified that the food is halal and I saw a lady in hijab working behind the counter.
The bad: I did not see any signs that they were serving halal food and the customers didn't seem like the kind that would care if the food was halal or not. This is why I debated whether to give it a 5 star rating but decided to take them for their word. Posted on July 28, 2012 |

★★★★★ In CO on vacay, thanks to the last reviewer, we tried the lamb shank, it was awesome! Great service, real nice folks. The chicken, beef kifta, and lamb kabob were so juicy! Not dry at all! The rice had a bit of a smokey flavor which was different. Also we had the amazingly delish kibbeh, which for those that don't know what that is, its almost like a falafel but has ground meat inside and has a nutty flavor. Try it, don't be shy, my stomach is growling just thinking about it. Also, being Pakistani, I was surprised that I didn't find the food bland in flavor, the spice level (tho mild) was still good! We had a great experience! Hope we get to again before leaving. Posted on June 25, 2012 |

★★★★★ very good place to get halal food in downtown denver. The food is tasty and the price is normal for a mediterranean restaurant. I went there twice this week. The owner is very friendly and the service is excellent. He even allowed me to pray at their place since the mosque is far from the restaurant Posted on October 29, 2011 |

★★★★★ I am in the area on a business trip. I went to this place during Ramadan. The menu was completely halal. The owner and staff (who look like family) were all arabic speaking muslims. I ordered 2 dishes, both had a reasonable price tag. I took the for iftar for 2 days. It was really great. I will definitely go here again. Its a bit far from where I am staying though.
BTW Shwarma is not one of my favorites. I recommend stick with chicken or kabob dishes, such as meat platter and kifta sandwich. Posted on August 21, 2011 |
