★☆☆☆☆ The manager is so rude and the prices are too high considering the low standard of service and quality of your meal. The standards have definitely dropped whereas the prices are increasing! Posted on March 13, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ Sizzlers are good and if you're not bothered about anything else then worth a try
Let down by:
- price
- forced service charge
- poor service / slow Posted on February 24, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ A group of 4 of us went here on Saturday night, it was quite busy so we put our name down and were told there was a 45 minute wait, as we waited patiently we noticed that people were coming in well after us and having a few words with the manager and getting a table before us, after making a few enquiries we found out that these people had not made a pre booking. the pattern that emerged was that if you either knew the manager or were a group of attractive young girls you got priority over everyone else. we got a table after 1 hour and 15 mins. we didn't mind the wait as we could see it was busy, what was really annoying was that people where getting in before us that came in a long time after us. the service from all the rest of the staff was excellent apart from what seemed to be the manager, he has such a bad attitude. Unless there is a change in manager I can safely say nor me or my friends will be returning to sizzling palate. Posted on January 16, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ been here three times recently.
first two times food was good even though it is expensive.
on third occasion was very disappointed with food and service.had to ask for cheese and sauce that you normally get with sizzler.very few vegetables in sizzler and not many pieces of chicken in sizzler.service on last occasion awful.don't go if they are busy.giving poor rating based on last occasion. ★★★★☆ The Sizzling Palate fad has died down a bit. You get great big portions for the sizzlers, but can be a bit bland for some. The restaurant is located downtown, so parking is a big issue. It's not meant as a family restaurant. Posted on December 23, 2010 |

★★★★★ I believe the owners have changed since the last review but the quality of food has not. Dont bother with anything else on the menu besides the sizzlers which is what they specialize in or else its just the same old curry dishes you get anywhere else. The sizzler dishes are amazing, but also be prepared to pay a minimum of £20/person. Posted on June 28, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Good for curry's and such, but sizzling special too much of a mixture of different foods. Chips, noodles, peas, beef, gravy and cheese chould not be served all on one big plate! Posted on December 16, 2004 |

★★★★☆ Food is excellent, very tasty, infact I want some right now! Service wasn't too bad, he could have been a bit more helpful. Beware of the cost of drinks, they charged us over the odds for a bottle of water. Stick to what you like when it comes to drinks as its misleading. Posted on August 24, 2004 |
