★★★★★ The food at Punjab Kabab & sweets is very delicious and very clean place. They make the food fresh when you order it. This was our first time eating at the place. We loved their food. The best halal Pakistani food ever. We will definitely come back and eat here again. Posted on July 26, 2016
★★★★★ Don't let the looks of this place deceive you. If it were to be in an establishment closer to a wider Muslim area, they would have quite a lot of business.
I am a UMBC student myself and have drove past this place quite a lot and agree with the previous review. You rarely find anyone inside, but boy, is there magic in their food.
I have always been craving real authentic pakistani food since I have arrived and began to live on campus away from my mothers cooking and this is the place.
I tried their kebabs and naan and they just mesmerized my tastebuds. Their food is absolutely marvelous.
The place itself is shabby and might scare you off but if you're in search of REAL pakistani food this is the place, the man at the counter is super friendly and is willing to make food according to your tolerance to spice. (Did I mention the food is made FRESH to order?)
This place is one of those holes in the wall that have some of the best pakistani food around.
I'm planning on trying other dishes as well to see if their food quality is always the same and efficient. :) Posted on October 8, 2014
★★★☆☆ I passed this place many times but never went inside because there never are customers there. Today I decided to give them a try. They did not have the first three items that I asked for from the menu so I settled for chicken sheesh kabab. The service is impersonal and they expect you to tip them even before you experienced the food. The food is average in taste. I am rating 3 stars instead of 2 because the food was fresh.
