About Kanafa ßnica

I make kanafa, a traditional Middle Eastern dessert and combine it with Mexican flavors. I first learned of kanafa on vacation to Dubai. I fell in love with the dessert and decided to try and make it when I returned home. Being Mexican, I mixed in cinnamon churro, Dulce de leche, and the rest is history.
