Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From a reader: 'I spoke to the owner (a Sikh) and he said he had gotten inquiries from people at the mosque. He said the goat and lamb are halal. He said the chicken was not. I don’t know if they’re pursuing a liquor license but at the time of my visit there was no liquor served.'
