Wazwan Chicago executes a multi-course exploration of the South and South East Asian sub continents. In addition to our public and private events, we will be allocating a portion of the proceeds from every dinner toward a community dinner executed by our Wazwan team working closely with our partnerships throughout the City of Chicago. From Chennai, India to Chicago, Illinois, Chef Zubair Mohajir bridges the flavors of the Silk Road trail with his classical training in French culinary technique.

Amazing food, style and detail. Chef is very creative and talented. Comes up with new dishes and recipes all the time. This is not a mediocre indian food but real fusion in fine dine detail. On the weekends this place transforms into a fine dine chefs fixed menu restaurant, only on reservation. Chef Zubair is an artist if really want to check out his talent follow his Instagram, you will know what his skills are. Proud to have a Muslim mainstream chef who promotes halal openly.🙌🤲
