On multiple occasions, to 45+ min to make a single order of chicken tacos Most recently ordered online, got there 30min later, they didn’t start making my order until after I got there.

Large portion sizes, food is great, and smoothies taste like they're made with fresh fruit not a powdered mix.

The food here is amazing. The crispy chicken sandwich was so good. I am sensitive to spice and I loved it. It had a slight kick but not burning your tongue which made me happy. The fries were great too and the staff very efficient considering how busy it was.
