You will be delighted by fresh ingredients and a combination of refined spices. The people of the Orient, Arabia and the Middle East have always had food that was eaten with their fingers and flatbread. Now known in Europe as mouthbites or finger food. These varied little appetizers are generally referred to as Mezze, which is eaten cold or hot as starters. Often these are also served as small meals. Depending on the time of the day either mineral water, hot tea, yoghurt with salt and water (Ayran) are drunk. The main dishes are mainly made of beef, veal, chicken and lamb (grilled or stewed) and usually have pilaf rice, potatoes, plenty of freshly prepared vegetables or delicious fresh salads as a side dish. Besides, we have so-called fast food, here are kebabs, various citizens and sausages. Just come by and have a look!
