Really terrible eating cold no more rice only fries on the plate there were only 5 fries on it more yogurt on the plate than meat Really horrible

Were disappointed. The appetizer plate and dessert were nothing special. Prices are now very ambitious. The meat dishes don't blow you away either. Will try out the restaurants on Weidengasse.

I agree with the opinions of the more recent critics. The Asmali Kodak (Deluxe, by the way, is quite embarrassing as a name annex, almost only topped by "Elit") was once a great restaurant, but now it's just mediocre. Prices have risen sharply, but quality has declined sharply at the same time. The mezes were bland and not fresh, the salad with the meat dish was really bad, I've also eaten the künefe much better. To be fair, the meat tasted good. The decline in quality not only affects Asmali Konak, but also many other restaurants on Keupstrasse. Unfortunately, the glory of earlier days seems to be over. It's a shame, the trip from Ehrenfeld to the schääl sick is no longer worth it. The positive thing is that you can also drink a beer in Asmali Kanak, which is a notable exception on Keupstrasse. And the parking situation is also catastrophic.
