Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From a reader: 'The restaurant is a franchise in a hotel and is run by Muslim cooks but only the Indian food is halal because it is cooked in their own seperate section. They do have other meat dishes but there is no guarantee of halal because the Muslim cooks only handle the Indian food. However, I did not notice any pork products even in the general menu, I was told that this was to avoid any chance of contamination.'
