About Restaurante Baghdad
In 2006, the Iraqi couple Victor and Mareana Palis founded in Bolivar Street in Copacabana restaurant where they had been dreaming of since his arrival in Brazil. The Arab culture is present throughout the property. Since its cuisine which is full of the most varied and traditional Arabic dishes to decor that features a facade inspired by Portal Ischtar, from ancient Babylon addition to the numerous objects brought from Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Morocco. In Baghdad customers can also enjoy performances of belly dancing which is always held on Fridays and Saturdays. And who has to know what the future holds can do a reading of coffee grounds.<br />
