About Zaytoon
NewBo City Market is home to Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill, Cedar Rapids' new hotspot for authentic Mediterranean cuisine! Some of our favorites (and soon to be yours) are our layers of freshly carved gyro meat stuffed into soft pita and topped with a delicious homemade tzatziki sauce, vegetarian falafel sandwiches, creamy hummus with pita, and flaky baklava to finish off the meal.

Located at the NewBo market which is open Thur-Sun. They have lamb/beef gyros and chicken nuggets that are halal plus falafel. Food was good.
