About Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant
Sindhoor is a Halal South Indian Restaurant with Halal signage outside and confirmation from staff. We have been serving the South Indian community in Manchester since 2004 with inherent recipes and unmatched service. It is our dream come true when we open the first ever dedicated South Indian restaurant in Manchester, ‘Sindhoor' as we call it.

Friendly restaurant serving authentic South Indian food. website states the food is halal and staff confirm this. The Masala Dosa with coconut chutney is the house speciality and is superb (and huge) I also sampled chicken chettinad which was very tasty and the king fish pollichathu cooked and served in a banana leaf which was also amazing. The restaurant is licensed. I went early (6pm) and we were the only diners but I believe bookings are needed at weekends
