Ons restaurant is vernoemd naar het Paleis der Paleizen, de Taj-Mahal, gevestigd te Aghra (India) met zijn exotische, passievolle en onsterfelijke schoonheid. Dit architectonisch meesterwerk van wit marmer dat twaalf jaar lang door 20.000 arbeiders is gebouwd, verbergt vele geheimen in zijn versiering, zoals kristal uit China, koraal uit Arabi, onyx uit Perzi en turkoois uit Tibet. Dit en meerdere ornamenten werden verenigd in opdracht en onder toezicht van de groot Mughalkeizer Shahdjehan voor zijn innig geliefde vrouw Mumtaz. Deze wonderbaarlijke expressie van hartstocht en liefde, is volgens velen nog nooit door iemand in zijn grootsheid overtroffen. Open weekdays 3pm-10:30pm.
