Authorized halal by an Islamic organization. Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

The only item on menu that's halal is the Panko fried chicken .

Very nice staff. The manager asked all to wash their hand before preparing our food because we asked for Halal menu. Kudos to such a culturally savvy team !
