Islamic Center of New Castle

We stopped here to pray as we were passing through the area. We arrived roughly an hour after maghrib time. It was not easy to get to/find. It is on a residential street with no sign in front. We noticed some Islamic style shapes in the moulding in front, so we figured this was it. However all of the lights were off and doors were locked. Unfortunately we had to leave without praying.
