My name is Muhummed Isa Al Mahdi, from New York but I am of Jamaican decent. I would like to share with my fellow brothers & Sisters my unique and blessed journey Allah has prepared and guided me on since my arrival to western cape town, in direct transit from Shashemene, Ethiopia. October 25th, 2012 at the time of Esha prayer was when my conversion to Islam had taken place. Inshallah! The whole entire experience is beyond what words can describe from the moment I stepped into the Mughammadiyyah Mosque. I feel the divine presence had initiated, and planned my arrival since my intuitive discovery. And I am very thankful in the name of Allah, The beneficent, The Merciful for all the help from my brothers and fathers for taking the time to guide me onto the right path. This is why I had chosen the name Al Mahdi because it represents guidance onto the right path, and Isa peace be upon him, signifies my rebirth as a baby into the Nation of Islam. In addition, Muhummed peace be upon him the last messenger teaches me the correct way to live and praise Allah on a daily basis for as long as I live. Inshallah!
