Islamic Center of Brushy Creek

One of the BEST and FASTEST GROWING masjids in the Greater Austin area! Very strong and supporting community. Many dedicated brothers and sisters who hold a wide variety of activities/programs for adults, youth, and children. I visited in November 2009 and found the masjid to be open and operational. They have five daily prayers, Friday prayer, and Quran classes nightly. There is also a Sunday School running for 3-4 hours. The people praying on Friday night were very warm and welcoming and the community seems to be growing.

The new mosque will be operational starting Ramadan, 2007 Insha-Allah
