It has a very large Desi (Indian/Pakistani) population who has been living around there for many years. Most people are friendly and I ended up making a lot of friends from there. If you are not Desi, you may not end up making much friends there.

I have prayed at this masjid several times. The Friday khutbah was very good, given by a man with an English accent. However, the women's section is like a dungeon. It is in an unventilated basement.

MSI on every Fridays has a varieties of Halal Food items for the people to buy and support MSI after Jumaah prayers under the supervision of Br. Anwar Hassan. They have halal chicken burgers, halal browns chicken, halal biryani, halal samosas and some other halal items as well. All profit of this sale goes to MSI.

Once masjid in glendale height. Mashallah MANY regular members pray here 5 times a day. They currently have different programs going on different some nights of the week.
