Eventhough the members that attend there don't seem very inviting, the masjid is very family oriented and the imams/sheikhs are available to help you if ever needed. The masjid is strictly on the sunnah which is extremely refreshing! I recommend this masjid to everyone. The sister side is very clean and the men lower their gaze. Very respectful Somali community.
They have a big somalian community. Don't really like this masjid. Majority of the brothers stare at you and don't even say salaams. Even some sisters stare on friday prayers from upstairs. There washroom is always dirty and rarely have slippers. Only positive thing i can say is their carpets are real comfy for doing last ten nights it feels like a bed.
