Masjid Muhammad

Subhanallah! What a beautiful masjid. At first glance you may think the area is run down/ industrial. The inside of the masjid is very clean, very well kept. I don't know if the brother who led salat was the Imam or not, but it was such a beautiful recitation. I truly enjoyed my short visit here, wish it was longer, and hope to return soon in sha Allah. My Salam to alhamdulilah, jazakallah for letting me pray with you.

This is the oldest masjid in town located in downtown area, close to interstate 24. Friday salats are at 2 pm. Masjid is run by African American brothers but congregation includes people of all ethnicity. Location gets a little rough after dark.

Brother Kabba Rahim did an excellent job with this masjid as a temporary Imam for last 15 plus years. Now, we have new Imam, but let's see if he can get all different nationalities to come together as brother kaba did. We have Pakistani, Indian, Arabs, Bosnian , African American Muslims getting together in this masjid Alkhamdolillah.
