Center for Peace & Compassion

One of the oldest mosques in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Center for Peace & Compassion is known colloquially as the 'Redwood Mosque' because it sits among acres of pristine redwood forests. When built, it served a orthodox Muslim community, but over the decades as the demographics changed, it now serves many of the Sufi orders of the Marin/Sonoma area.
