We went for Jumah prayers, they have a big parking lot and very nice and clean masjid. It is about 10 minutes away from Six Flags.

This is the former Highway Church that is now a masjid. The area is large and ample and congregation is welcoming and mostly immigrants trying to find their place in the American mosaic. A great masjid.

There used to be a listing for the old site. I asked for it to be deleted more than a year ago and a new listing created for the new one. They ended up updating the information in the old one, hence this is why you will find the first review confusing. The review was correct at the time. The original property was a converted house. The new property is a nice new building that they bought from a church and converted to a masjid. Mashallah very clean and spacious and the community looks active. I only prayed there during my travel and talked with some of the board members who gave me a brief history.

This masjid seems to be a house converted into a masjid, masha'Allah. It has lots of parking in a gravel lot. There is a separate room for women's prayer as well as a women's restroom to make wudu. There are some books and prayer rugs in the women's section. I don't believe there are any study groups for women, though I did find a children's study group on a Sunday afternoon studying with the imam. It's a nice masjid if someone just wants to pop in for prayer or for salat al jumuah on Friday, but if someone wants more activities or study groups, halaqas, etc., I'd recommend going to Sacramento or another larger masjid. May Allah swt reward their efforts!
