We visited Biloxi Islamic center on last Friday of December 2013 on our visit to Gulf-shore beaches. 205 Keller Avenue is the correct location for the mosque in a residential neighborhood. Very small congregation. Sister's entrance is on the side. Street parking only. Very clean interiors. Email address listed above is not working. But the Brother called back within an hour and gave me directions after I left a message asking for the exact time for Juma prayer.

Masha'Allah, nice to see Masjid structure in relatively good shape after Hurricane Katrina, especially considering the damage done to the homes on the block. Masjid had been damaged, was undergoing some repair. Best to call to ensure that Masjid is up and functional
