I feel very blessed and happy of having this mosque in this area where my kids can come and learn and I can meet new people every day, very friendly and in a very nice way and manner. This is one of the best places and most peaceful places that I have ever seen..

Assalamu alaykum, I found this masjid through zabihah. I was greeted by smiling faces and warm conversations. They even invited us for dinner. I wish my journeys would have allowed me to stay longer. I recommend it to anyone passing through. Jezakallahu khair to all the friendly people. SB

This is the best and only Mosque in Charleston, WV! It was originally established by Iranian (Persian) Shia Muslims and Pakistani Sunni Muslims, however after the influx of Desi, Arab, and other Sunni Muslim Doctors it has become more of a mixed Traditional Sunni (Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maleki, Hanbali) and Shia (Jafari) community. Both Sunni and Shia pray side by side with men and women on the same floor ALHAMDOLLILLAH. Inshallah other Mosques in West Virginia, United States, and the World could take a hint and follow this example. If you are in the area, feel free to stop by! (Submitted on October 4, 2008)
