★★★★★ Best value in the metroplex. Everyone comes here for the cheap but tasty chicken biriyani. All items are good. Can feed a family of four for under 20 bucks. Posted on October 1, 2016 |

★★★★☆ This reminds me of "Ghareeb Nawaaz" of Chicago Devon street. 1 thing is for sure, food is less expensive. Check all the menu, atleast 40-60% are very good, 20% are ok, rest of 10% either don't buy or let them know so that they can improve it. A great place to carry out or stop by for less than 30 min! ★☆☆☆☆ I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. These are HORRIABLE people I have ever seen in my whole life. On Christmas, we ordered 100 TANDOORI NAAN from Café, the one they BAKE in kitchen, for a party at our place but what they gave us were Mezban PACKET NAANS instead and charged us based on $1.09 + tax for each NAAN which are the price for TANDOORI NAAN they bake, and packet NAAN are for 5 pcs for $2.49. No one said anything about this SCAM and we didn't find out until we got home and opened those 3 trays to see what they hid in it. As soon as we called, they started lying saying they had informed my brother about a machine break down in kitchen WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE because we called them in the afternoon at 2:00 to confirm the pick up time and changed the NAAN quantity from 70 to 100 and they STILL DID NOT INFORM US ABOUT THE BREAK DOWN AND EVEN TOOK THE ORDER OF ADDITIONAL 30 NAANS and when we confronted them they rudely said they would give us a credit based on the actual price which was $2.49 for 5 pcs instead $1.09 per pc. After our party was over, we went there to talk to them in person and tell them that those COLD and STALE naans which they gave us were horrible and we were so ashamed to serve those to our 70 guests but the way they were keep lying there on our faces was really ABHORENT to me. They were keep changing their stories and keep denying that they were even at fault which was really insulting in front of other customers. It really got us mad and we left. Now we will not only file for charge back but will also file a lawsuit for punitive damages. These frauds need to be taught a lesson so they will think twice before they try to pull this again on someone else EVER. About $120 that they charged for those naans is not a big amount to go through all the hassle but the way they tried to do is TOTALLY unacceptable and we will NOT tolerate it. They did not even consider that we had been their regular customer not only for NAANS (rest of their menu sucks anyway) but at the grocery store and butcher shop as well, spending close to $800-$1000 EACH MONTH. ANYONE WHO SHOPS HERE NEEDS TO CHECK BEFORE PAYING TO MAKE SURE THAT HE/SHE IS NOT BEING SCAMMED AND IS GETTING WHAT WAS ORDERED. Posted on January 3, 2015 |

★★★★☆ This restaurant has improved a lot from the time it has opened. You can see the days special available at the entrance to this grocery chain. One of the largest grocery and halal meat place, you can order food and end it with delicious chai that comes free. Where do you get Haleem for $3- and 4 for biryani. Your order is prepared fresh and service is really good. The halal chicken nuggets for the kids are so good as well the portions are always good. Posted on September 11, 2011 |
