The Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington Metropolitan Area, is informally referred as the DFW, it is the largest metropolitan area in Texas and the fourth-largest in the United States. With area covering more than 9,000 sq miles and population of about 6.4 million people (est. 2009). DFW has a wide range of Halal cuisines covering Pakistani, Arabic and even Chinese and Thai. Halal restraints, shops, mosques are spread out almost all over the metroplex. Along with Arabic food, Sheesha (Hookah) is pretty famous among the residents of DFW even among non-Arabs and non-Muslims.
