★★★☆☆ The restaurant is set up nicely enough, there's pictures of Jordan on the wall and everything is clean. It was peak lunch hour, but the place was empty. There were some hookahs on display, at first I thought they were ornamental, but it smelled like someone had just smoked earlier. The brother taking my order didn't speak English very well, I asked for the meat shawarma, but got the chicken shawarma instead. The brother who worked the cash register spoke English well, he should have taken my order. Oh, and the transaction was done on an iPad, so no receipt was printed, but he showed me the charge and made sure I was comfortable with it. The shawarma was $4.99, but it doesn't come with any sides. The sides (fries, salad, etc) are priced the same as the sandwich itself, which is rather silly. My sandwich was rather slim, not overflowing like the shawarmas I'm used to. Despite everything, I enjoyed my shawarma, but did want more and was still hungry after. Posted on November 19, 2014
