Pan Asian Indo-Chinese Food. Before reading description please know that Mon-Thu we are closed 3-5pm. We decided to bring Indo-Chinese food to USA that has evolved over last 30 years in India. It started with Chinese migration to India. Then local cooks started learning to cook in Chinese style. As time passed by it evolved into PAN ASIAN style street food. In the later part of the evolution period India's top chef's picked these recipes and gave them more sophisticated touch and those are the same recipes we are serving.
