★☆☆☆☆ Spoke to the owner on 2/26/2016 and he said that "ONLY the Chicken is ZABIHAH HALAL." The sad part is the all of his workers seem like they were taught to just keep repeating to all customers that all the meat is Halal. I doubt they are cooking the halal Chicken separate from the NON-Halal food. I would not eat here. Posted on February 29, 2016 |

★★☆☆☆ The food was disappointing...at 21 dollars per head, I'm not expecting gourmet stuff but this had absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. Posted on August 28, 2014 |

★★★★★ Our entire family dined here and we had a grand ol' time. SO many options of food to choose from, and you can take as much- or as little- as you want! I liked the ribs, salmon and salad & dessert options. It was about $15/adult and $6/child, plus extra for drinks. They were kind enough to ask if we wanted tea/coffee after our meal. There were many Muslim families dining here too- which was comforting. The place was PACKED. Parking is on street, & there is a shoppers parking lot off Van Buren Pl., just a short walk to the restaurant (bring quarters). Great place to dine with families, wear your stretchy pants people! ★★☆☆☆ I met the owner today, his name is Mohsin, he is a Muslim Palestinian guy.
He assured me that the menu is fully Halal.
I've been in NJ for more than 2 years and I haven't seen this restaurant in zabihah.com, WHY?
All you can eat for 15$
I like the shrimps and crabs the most. Posted on July 22, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Main advantage this place has is that it the only halal buffet around. The food variety is decent, but not all items taste fresh or great. Sometimes you get lucky and they have steak or chops. I like their halal chicken soup. Their rotisserie chicken is always there and really good. Service is pleasant, especially given how busy it gets. Seating can be tight, depending on where they seat you. The owner is usually present ensuring smooth operation. Posted on November 13, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ I love the Chinese food, The Spanish dishes, the stuffed clams, & the crispy honey chicken.
The owner is very nice, and the waitresses too.
There are a list of the vendors the restaurant buys from on the front desk, all of them are Zabihah Halal. Posted on November 12, 2010 |
