★☆☆☆☆ m not sure how this place stays in business. The food is mediocre at best. What is exceptional is their horrible service. I ordered food to be delivered on a Wednesday night and it took well over an hour and a half to be delivered. The food was cold and not cooked through. The delivery guy was going to leave without me signing for the order and when I reminded him, he asked me for a pen. And to top it off, the order was incorrect! I called in to complain and the guy basically told me to hang on and then hung up on me. I called back and the phone kept on ringing with no answer. On the fourth attempt, the manager told me if I wanted a refund I had to bring the food back to their store, untouched. Usually, I wouldn't bother posting about sth like this. Mistakes are made. It happens from time to time. And realizing that, I don't make it a habit to complain about a proprietorship unless their behavior warrants it. It would be one thing if the food was halfway decent, but the place is literally a hole in the wall with half cooked food and their owner is the biggest hole of all. Posted on May 11, 2014

★★★☆☆ I had never tried Mediterranean food before. so I had no idea what to order. I asked the customer service cashier about what is what, he was not so interested in answering much. ★★★★☆ Consistently good food. You can get a $20 mobile or printable coupon for $16 on groupon for this restaurant. The grilled chicken is juicy and well seasoned, not too overwhelming and a healthy portion. Excellent place for health conscious folks. Grilled lamb is juicy even when its well done. Good use of tenderizers. Decor could use a bit more authenticity but still kept clean. Service is consistently good and could become great. Overall, it is well recommended. Posted on June 21, 2012

★★★☆☆ Food was very good. Prices are very reasonable. Seating is average. I agree with "regularguy" the young fellow lacks in customer service but the owner makes up for it. The owner is very nice. I asked the young guy for the spoons while I was sitting at my table, he pointed out where the spoons were rather than bringing them to me. The owner overheard him and told him to bring the spoons to us. I suspect he is family. All in all, the food was really good. I went there again the next day. My co-workers also liked the food. ★☆☆☆☆ I wish I could write a review about this restuarant, except when I arrived with my family I was met with such TERRIBLE and not to mention RUDE service my entire party and I left even before ordering.
