We are always striving to source the freshest products - from freshly baked pita straight from our one of a kind wood ovens to charcoal for our BBQ to shawarmas prepared daily by our premier chefs with exotic spices from the middle-east. May we suggest you finish your meal with a delicious Baklawa prepared by our pastry chefs from our full bakery. Our secret one of a kind recipes are authentic and have been passed on for generations to enjoy - low in fat and wholesome in taste. A halal certificate is clearly visible on the premises of this restaurant. Paramount Butcher Shop works directly with local farmers to ensure that only the highest quality meat reaches our guests. We believe that great tasting meat starts with naturally fed animals that are bred in a healthy environment. We offer healthy options: only the best of prime beef, dry-aged beef, chicken, lamb, poultry, veal, goat, an assortment of deli meats, and the option for special cuts upon request. All of our meats are Ontario-raised and of the highest quality. The Halal process of hand-slaughtering is an abuse-free process. Our animals are not given hormones or growth-promoted additives and are allowed to grow at a natural pace, living with low-stress, and a healthy life. As a result, our guests consume meats that are far healthier than our competitors.

NR We visited the restaurant in downtown Toronto, near The Eanton Centre. It was lunchtime, and it was jam-packed. We were seated quickly, and the food -standard Arab fare, arrived reasonably quickly. Again, good for Muslims seeking halal food, but it is average. Posted on August 13, 2016 |

★☆☆☆☆ Been going to paramount since they opened in Mississauga. Prices have consistanly been going up and way more than inflation. The portions have been going down as well. The last several times we tried in downtown, Mississauga and Milton have been unbearable to eat. The mix grill was either too dried or cold. The customer service has also come down. They had an era where they have put focus on their customer service and think they should bring it back again.. For now, we have decided to stop going to these restaurants. Strangely enough, our friends and family have also noticed these changes.. Posted on August 17, 2015 |

★★★★★ If you are looking for good quality arab food, this is the place to go. Food and location deserve 5 stars. Service is usually good but degrades slightly when busy. price is fair if you consider the quality and service. This is one of my most frequented restaurants in downtown Toronto. ★★★★★ This location is right across the street from the Eaton Centre, which is very convenient. I tried the BBQ Meat sandwich, which was pretty good, although it could use some hot sauce on the side (I'm desi, what can I say:)). I also tried the Chicken & Veggie Manakesh which was very good and the plain Cheese Manakesh (aka "Jebneh"), which was excellent! The fresh strawberry juice was good, but a little too sweet (they put sugar in it). This place get's packed for dinner time, but the food is made fresh and tastes good. Highly recommend it. ★★★★★ Paramount has the best Lebanese food in Toronto. It is 100% authentic Lebanese. And they make the best rice! The service is quick and the variety of food is also great! Posted on October 18, 2011 |

★★★★☆ Good middle eastern food. Service as fast and clean tables to sit at. They are really busy during lunch, sometimes lineups outside. They have a small a prayer downstairs as well. For this reason alone they get two thumbs up ! Posted on May 30, 2011 |
