Essence of India serves primarily Northern Indian cuisine, which has been influenced by the Moguls, consisting mainly of dishes and breads cooked in a special clay oven (“Tandoor”) and meats and vegetables slowly cooked with its ideal spice combination. We have delectable menu items from Lamb Curry, Chicken Tikka, Kebab, Naan (a special hand-made bread), Biryani (popular Indian rice pilaf with vegetables or meat options), and many more.
