★★☆☆☆ A bad experience. I came by on a Sunday afternoon and the shop looked almost empty. There was an employee sitting in the front on his phone. The phone was ringing and no one cared. I ordered a cheeseburger and they put only a little dab of mayonnaise in the middle. The fries were not good. The manager really needs to check what his employees are doing when he's away. Will not eat here again. Posted on November 26, 2017 |

★★★★★ Best American Halal food Fried chicken subs fish he has it all and good ambience Posted on January 31, 2016 |

★★★★☆ Decent food, and I've very happy to finally find a place for halal fried chicken. My husband had fried chicken, and I had a gyro. Good and fresh, fries were good. Soda selection is limited, but ok. Food takes 15 minutes to cook. I asked for a paper menu, but they had run out. In the future I think I would prefer to call ahead & have the food ready when we get there. Posted on March 30, 2014 |

★★★★☆ the food is pretty good and the prices are very reasonable. we ordered half broast and a chicken steak sub. the chicken steak sub was a bit bland but the broast was perfect. it reminded me of regular broast chicken u can get in karachi.. it was perfectly moist inside and crisp outside.. and their fries and garlic sauce were really good too.. :) ill definitely be returning to get some more food soon iA :) Posted on June 20, 2013 |

★★★★★ Hello everybody I don’t know why people like to let-down our own people, we are happy to go to Popeye’s or KFC and spend tons of money on something that is not even HALAL. As it is already we don’t have any Halal restaurants, and by you all giving this type of comments what happens they get a bad name and then no one comes and then they shut it down because they have no business. Do you ever go and tell them and help them on what they are lacking on. If you don’t like something about them then you should tell them not put a bad name and leave. Now the management has been changed at this place, they have changed lots of things, I gave them anther try and I loved it, trust me you will love them as-well. They even gave me a discount because I told them on what happened the last time I came. The two sweet girls working there are very nice and helpful. Try them out again you will love them as well. I go twice a week or sometime trice just so I can get some halal food. Posted on October 11, 2012 |

★★★★★ Hi,
Very good quality food, very good service, just call them 20 minutes earlier before you reach there as it takes time when you prepare fresh, we have been doing this and we go and get food tasty and fresh! or if you don't mind waiting then it should be fine!
Try it!
Thanks!

★☆☆☆☆ I've been here a few times. I've tried time and again to give it a chance, but it's just not a good restaurant. I wanted to like it because it's halal fried chicken, and there's not alot of places to get that around here, but this really just isn't the place for it.
The food doesn't taste very fresh. It's not seasoned well, and it's not even cooked in a way that's particularly appealing. It's been a while since I've been there, but I don't remember the service being very good. There's decent enough space for a group, but I'd highly discourage you bring anyone else here. Learn how to fry chicken at home yourself and I guarantee it would taste much, much better. Posted on August 24, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ I went here with my family the other day and from the outside it looked nice and clean. At first glance we were pleased to see such a huge selection. The lady at the counter corrected us and told us only 7 items out of the 20+ or so they have is available. So we pick 3. She charges my card and doesn't give me a receipt. A minute later we find out they don't have those items either and are only carrying plain chicken. So i asked for a refund and the owner didn't seem very happy with the request at first. After sliding my card 3-4 times he said it had gone through but he never gave me a receipt because apparently they also did not have the receipt tape....very sad experience as I didn't even get to try the food. I gave it a 1 star because of the lack of professionalism shown. Posted on March 9, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ so here is the thing....we like halal food. i mean it tastes ten times better than its competitors. but it seems like this establishment lacks relationship to their customers, food is average, it seems as if the employees always have their friend around who talk loud and sometimes inappropriate words. the cashier don't even bother to tell them that their are families around and their friends should not use inappropriate language..... If you are going with girls their employees jump out from their stations to check them out...Their food is pricy but i can understand that they serve halal but where is the customer service? ★☆☆☆☆ We ordered our food and waited patiently only to have the people that came after us get their food. So my husband went up to ask where our food was only to turn out that the incompetent and illiterate cashier gave our order to someone else! So she goes in the kitchen and is yelling at the cook for a mistake that he did not even make. She comes out and doesn't even apologize. The people who had our food were nice enough to say sorry and told the cashier to give us a refund and free food but instead she blames them for taking our order! She goes back into the kitchen and starts yelling at the cook, who of course only speaks Spanish and her English is so bad because she only speaks urdu. The cook comes out and apologizes and when we ask if he started our order, which the cashier said he did, he says that he only has two pieces of chicken left. We cancelled our order and asked for a refund. The cashier tells us she cannot refund our credit card and can only give us cash. She didn't even have enough in the register to issue us a $16 refund! She gave us $15 dollars back. What a waste of an hour of our Saturday afternoon! You might as well cook at home before even thinking of heading here. Posted on September 17, 2011 |

★★☆☆☆ The chicken sandwich is quite decent here, however, do not get chicken pieces from here. I have ordered 4 piece chicken for $7.99 twice from this place and each time at least one chicken piece had no chicken on it! Since I have had two bad experiences I will highly encourage to check your order before you drive away. Posted on September 13, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Their chicken is actually pretty good when compared to Popeyes and KFC. It isn't as greasy and you know it's freshly made since it takes them so long to make it. If you don't mind hanging out for a while to wait for your food then it's definitely worth going here. A little pricey though. Posted on May 27, 2011 |

NR There is nobody from the owner's side to supervise them; as we were sitting, we could hear the cook sneezing, coughing, etc. while making the food; most of the time you can hear the cook screaming loud over his cell while making your food and God only knows if they even wear any gloves while setting the meat/shami in the burger or into the packet. We left, afraid of getting the virus and dirts. Somebody who is raised in a clean environment or have knowledge of "hygiene" should run the kitchen. This guy/cook even came to the counter and was talking in Spanish very loudly in his cell while the customers/families were eating and they could not continue their own conversation. The cook also comes or peeps to stare at any good looking female in such a way that it makes the girl uneasy. Apparently, the owner do not care as you can never see them there except perhaps closing time. The credit card system is also not fixed as they don't care as long as they get the money. However, they have all the money to make the customer area look good to make a fake impression of how standard their restaurant is. The owner/owners seem to be hypocrites, taking the advantage of using the 'halal' food to earn money but don't care about the customers. Posted on April 24, 2011 |

★★★★★ Under New management, this place is doing great. They have totally changed the look of the restaurant from inside and outside. Now you can sit and enjoy the food with your family and friends. Their food is excellent. I like chicken burger, and shaami burger. The owner/staff is very friendly and caring. Dude it's worth going there... Posted on January 10, 2011 |

★☆☆☆☆ I really wanna know how this place manages to stay in business. I got fried chicken, fries, a biscuit and a mango shake from here and have to say it was one of the worst meals of my life. Absolutely nothing tasted good and I threw most of it away. They took 30 minutes to prepare it and the guy barely spoke english or understood what I was saying. Posted on July 10, 2010 |

★☆☆☆☆ Average food with expensive price tags. Only reason I went there was because they had the Al-Baik logo (famous restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia). The only good thing they did was copy the logo exactly the same, food was not a copy though. Chicken burger was OK and the fried chicken itself made myself and two other people who also eat with me SICK! We had stomach virus and we can surely say that this was our main meal of the day before all 3 of us got sick. Never going there again!!! Posted on April 2, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ the food is average. the service is UGH!..one thing i hate is that they wont give you extra sauces unless you ask them..plus the food is over priced! is it because its halal? also it was more than jusst a few months after their official opening, and they didnt have a credit card thing..our bill came out more than expected! we only orderd 2 things and it was almost $20.. my mom didnt have any cash on hand so she gave the owner a credit card. and guess what? the guy said they didnt have the thing, he said he orderd one and it would come in later on in the month, anyyways we had to come back another day just to pay him..it was almost like a burden that we still had to pay him and whaen we finnaly paid them a few days later there was a credit card thing there! it was only a few days back when he said it would come later in the month...i wouldnt recoomend going there...mr chicken is my last option... ★★★☆☆ This place was average to me...food was ok, but i ordered a chicken sandwich and the guy gave me a hamburger. The people who take your order can barely speak english. The beef doesn't taste like a regular burger, it has some spice in it. Its an ok place to go. Posted on August 30, 2009 |

★★★☆☆ This place is pretty expensive. The chicken is ok. It would be nice if they had staff that could speak English. It was a big challenge to order our food, and it came out incorrectly. A sandwich, fries and a Luke-warm can of soda is $7.00. A milkshake is $5.00 and is pretty small. The location is good as it's located in the Springfield Plaza next to all the other halal restaurants. Posted on August 9, 2009 |

|
★★★★☆ Food is good, HOWEVER, let me warn everyone that it is not cheap. A full family package meal which consists of fried chicken and fries will cost you an arm and a leg, which is why I only go there after I get my tax return. Posted on November 28, 2008 |
|
|
★★☆☆☆ The service at the place has gone down remarkably. Even though there was only 1 other family in the restaurant, it took a good 20-30 minutes to receive our food. Even then, the order was wrong and we had to wait again to get everything we ordered. The chicken is OK, but uninspiring. The chocolate and strawberry milkshakes can more aptly be described as chocolate and strawberry milk. The only redeeming item from our last trip there was the chicken burger, which was pretty good. I don't believe I'll be visiting again. Posted on April 21, 2008 |
