HALAL SUMMARY
The owners of this restaurant are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.
★★★☆☆ I love the food here, atmosphere on the 2nd floor is very calm and cozy. However, the service leaves much to be desired. It'll take some time for them to get you the menu and subsequently take your order. The food takes AT LEAST 30 mins.. I've had to wait for more than an hour before my food came (and this was for 2 people). The lacking service however has yet to put me off mainly coz the food is one of the best around... So if you do decide to come, please make sure you're willing to wait. Posted on April 1, 2008
★★★☆☆ Atmosphere at nite rather sleazy with teens sitting by aisle smoking shisha. By day, rather nice atmosphere - love the turkish desserts, but rather pricey - around $10 / 5 pcs. Posted on June 27, 2005
★☆☆☆☆ Food is average..but rather pricey!! we went there when it was a week old..had to wait long for the food almost an hour!! for only 1 person to cook for 2 pax..!! our first and last there, wd rather hangout at the Sarabat stall drinking coffee its neighbour.. Posted on December 7, 2004
★★★☆☆ The food tastes good and always served hot, though the portion of some dishes like the ful medames, is rather small. I suppose it was meant as a breakfast or side dish, though many would eat it as a main. Very laidback coffeeshop setting, great for groups of four and more. Posted on August 4, 2004
