★★★★★ The food was excellent. The person behind the counter was very nice. I asked him what was good and he made some recommendations and they were all really good.
Very grateful that someone is making halal Thai/Malay/Chinese dishes in the area. We will be returning as often as we can. Posted on April 6, 2021 |

★★★★★ Delicious food at affordable prices. Posted on January 21, 2018 |
|
|
★☆☆☆☆ Their take out is horrible and inconsistence. For instance sometimes their shrimp fried rice is nice other times the shrimp is raw or just tossed on top instead of frying on with rice. Posted on January 29, 2014 |

|
★★★★★ Super delicious food! I always order t-bone steak, Al's chicken and Nas special with special friend rice. For appetizer I get beef noodle pho. The food is so good that I always end up over eating! Posted on February 11, 2013 |

★★★★★ I went there and had shawarma. It was reilly good. Also very nice owners. Posted on November 19, 2012 |

★★★★★ I went to this place for the first time today and had lamb steak. I must say that everything exceeded my expectation. The food was great, the best I have had since I moved to Washington few months ago. The place was clean, had free wifi. The brothers were cordial. They have full halal menu which includes a lot of items. If today's food is indicative of anything and also considering other people's review, I think I can expect more great food from this place. I will definitely return to this place with my family, may be many times in future in sha Allah. Posted on January 1, 2012 |

★★★★★ This is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. Make sure to try the house steak. Posted on May 9, 2011 |

★★★★★ Let me first introduce myself as the quint-essential halal food aficionado of Washington State. I have lived in the area for two decades and have sampled food from almost every halal hotel in the area.
Olympic Express has been and still is one of the premier halal eateries of the Seattle Area. The staff is gregarious and accomodating, the grounds are clean, and the food is unique and satisfying. I've personally seen people as far as Kenmore, WA hold a Chicken Donar Sandwich from this store.
Quality food at a reasonable price with lots of history in Seattle. Go eat there now! Posted on October 16, 2010 |

|
★★★★★ I love EVERY rice dish. The flavor is nicely saturated and the portion is very generous for its pricing. The soup dishes are tastes that I haven't got aquired to yet. overall 5 stars :D Posted on October 8, 2010 |

★★★★★ This place was great. The food was unbelievably good. Once we discovered this restaurant served food that suits our taste bud, we visited them almost every day during our entire visit to Seattle. Their beef noodle soup, lamb curry, teriyaki and szechuan were really great! I will definitely pay them a visit if I ever visit Seattle again. Posted on July 25, 2010 |

★★★★★ Great Food ... ALHAMDULILAH Posted on April 30, 2009 |
|
|
★★★★★ They have a lot of variety. I was never a big teriyaki fan, but now I am after just one trip to Olympic Express. If they were closer to the U-district I would be there once a week. Also they have great prices. Posted on April 12, 2009 |

★★★★★ Alhamdulilah, an excellent place to eat! Great food, reasonable prices, great service, and assurance that everything is 100% halal. Posted on November 21, 2008 |

★★★☆☆ The reviews are right. Food is good, not great. I would go back again. The thing that sold me most, was it was a nice small family environment and the owners are extremely polite and nice to you. They follow up to make sure it is to your liking and that you are comfortable. I think I enjoyed their hospitality more then their food. Definitely try them Posted on June 10, 2008 |

★★★★★ The food quality is excellent. I love the Nas Special and Al's special with special fired rice. Highly recommended. Posted on January 30, 2008 |

|
★★★★☆ I travel across town to have their beef noodle soup! Other items also good. Decent service. Family owned and operated. Posted on March 2, 2007 |

★★★★★ Great food, Great people and affordable, keep up the great work, loved their zshesuan dish and the Thai soup. Posted on October 7, 2006 |

★★☆☆☆ Bisco, i've tried numerous halal restaurants in different states and this seems to be the most expensive. the prices should be reasonable to the quality of the food itself. If your food is god awful and the price is above the roof...then it's not worth it. First impression is very important under these circumstances. Posted on July 6, 2006 |

|
★★★☆☆ For the Pakistani customer this may not be the restaurant of choice, as there are no spices at all in the food. We had the pad thai which was ok, the sweet and sour chicken was ok but the lamb curry was not to our taste. I guess if you have a taste for viethnamese food its ok. But it is Halal so that is something. Posted on April 6, 2006 |

★★★★☆ it seems that the last reviewer is stuffing the ballot for Naan n Curry. And comparing two different kinds of ethnic food is not fair when your so biased to one. What does "for a halal restaurant, it's a bit expensive" mean? Are ALL halal food suppose to be dirt cheap? What kind of paradigm is that? I think it's reasonable for what it actually is. The T-bone steak is one of my faves, but I love those Vietnamese sandwiches, too. Posted on April 4, 2006 |
|
|
★★☆☆☆ when i ate here, the rice was stale, salad gave me a stomache, too little beef (it would be enough just for my 4 month old). for a halal restaurant the prices are a bit expensive. if you want cheap than go to naan n curry, cheap and good! Posted on December 6, 2005 |
|

★☆☆☆☆ I live in the area and am always looking for good halal restaurants. Unfortunately this is not one of them. I was misled by all the positive reviews here, twice. I've tried 4 different dishes on 2 different occasions and both times the food tasted very bad. Posted on September 9, 2005 |

★★★★★ Alhamdullilah, the food here is 100% halal. I came all the way from Oregon to try the food here and it's really worth it. The pad thai is good. My husband ate curry chicken. Wow..fantastic!!! There are 2 more halal restaurants around this area. But i'm not really sure the name of the restaurant. Good service and friendly staff too. Anyway..you won't regret. Try it!!!
