Welcome to Arslan's Freaky Good Gyros restaurant, where you are invited to feast on authentic Greek cuisine prepared to savory perfection. ★☆☆☆☆ We visited on a Friday night, and it was probably the worst gyro I have ever eaten. The young lady burned the pita bread on one side for two of our gyros and the gyro meat was bland and tasteless. It was of the more expensive gyros I have eaten as well ($12), but that just may be typical for CA, who knows. Perhaps we just visited on a bad day. Posted on April 8, 2017
★★★★☆ Wonderful little restaurant owned by an amazing guy... We had food from here during our visit to San Diego (total of 4 meals).... food was very delicious and the owner was very courteous.... he took my husband in his kitchen to show that he uses only zabihah meat. Posted on September 26, 2016
★★☆☆☆ Fish was too salty and not grilled properly
Lamb gyro was grilled fine but tasteless
Rice was not cooked as well
I am rating it 2 because of their customer service otherwise I should rate 1 for food Posted on August 29, 2016
★★★★★ We ordered shawarma and gyro sandwiches. They both were delicious and full of chicken. The owner is another story; I will not say any thing to him better than Jazah Allah khair and grant him the good health. Posted on January 1, 2016
★★★☆☆ We went there few days ago and when my wife asked the person behind the counter, she was not sure if everything is halal so we decided not to eat there. Posted on December 25, 2015
★★★★★ Amazing Gyros and super friendly owner who's also the main chef.
Do check this place out if you're in or around Mission Beach area. We had an amazing time and were treated like royalty by the owner. Posted on October 27, 2015
