★★★★☆ Went to this place during my visit to San Antonio on Dec 25th 2019. As per manager only chicken & beef is halal as they get is from restaurant depot.
Place is good, portion size is decent too. all meet orders are served with hummus & rice. Prices are on higher side. Posted on January 3, 2020 |

NR Very disappointed with the service and the food. Ordered a chicken gyro platter and the guy brought a lamb one. Then 20 minutes later, he got me the correct order which was too bland and I ended up not eating it at all. My wife ordered kafta kabab and she just had a few bites. We are definitely not returning again. Posted on December 31, 2015 |

Cold stale food with slopper service.
Will consider exploring other options i dontt think i will settle for this place. Posted on August 9, 2015 |

★★★★★ I've been there several times, and I did my baby's Sabeea (party after 7 days of birth) in their special hall for parties. They cooked a wonderful dinner that evening. Posted on October 6, 2013 |

★★★★★ We love the food at JG! The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. They have free wifi, which comes in handy in keeping the kids busy. Posted on September 22, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ The food is good, but the price is high. I think this restaurant has a section for Hoka Boka with a separate door, but i could still smell it. Posted on December 31, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Food was great , customer service outstanding !! I must say best in any desi places . Very nice folks , they have a place to pray as well.I do agree that the prices are higher though . Posted on October 5, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ Medium quality. We ordered family meal for 4 @ 15.95 + tax each. Plenty of food for family of 5 school age kids with much food left over. With drinks and take out four pieces of Baklava + small tip $90. Fadis and Dimassis and Sweet Tomatoes would have been around $50. Not planning to return next time we're in town its too pricey for what you get for your money Posted on September 2, 2012 |

★★★★★ The best food in town.i live in Dallas and visited Sea World. We liked the kabob combo player and meatball gravy and kafta Kebob with rice and tons of sides. We went there the second night also. Kids loved it too. I had the best mediterranean food of my life. A MUST GO PLACE. The server was also so courteous he even presented sweats to kids. Will go there are recommend it to everyone. Posted on August 28, 2012 |

★★★★★ This is my favorite restaurant in San Antonio. Their service is always great, nice atmosphere. Try their stews and spicy rice they make on occasion (not listed on menu but is at the counter). Love their wings, greek salad, gyro. Chicken shwarma is kind of dry, but I find chicken shwarma to always be dry. Go for a kabob instead or stick with the stews and you cant go wrong. ★★★★★ don't normally like this type of food, being a meat, potatoes and salad kind of guy. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The service was great, the food was excellent and the overall experience was wonderful. My daughter is a vegetarian who normally gets saddled with salad or pasta. But not here, she had so many things to choose from, it was hard for her to decide. Our waiters name was Tayser. He was attentive and explained the dishes to us in detail. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of this great food. Thanks to Jerusalem Grill for the experience. Posted on July 7, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ We have been eating here for a while, and the food is really good. However, I have seen people bring wine to drink with their lunch (really, lunch people?) but it was not provided by the restaurant nor was the glasses. All considered, we have been many times with our kids. Arabic tv slightly annoying, but we just turn it down. Posted on January 4, 2010 |

★★★★★ beautiful atmosphere. Service is really nice and people are friendly and serve excellent food!
Prices are very reasonable for the food they serve. Posted on October 15, 2009 |

★★☆☆☆ The food was not good at all and quality was not even close to what one would expect from middle-eastern food. The service and atmosphere was very good but quality of food was very poor. I dont like to criticize harshly but stating the fact is needed so owner can take corrective measure (assuming they care about the review). Posted on May 30, 2009 |

★★★★☆ Nice seating. Waiter was nice but got confused with my order. The lamb was tasty, and no smell. It was tender and not burned. It's clean and kid friendly. The had Arabia channel on an outdoor large screen with outdoor seating. The had Arabic drama inside next to a Christmas tree (in September-decorated with mini us flags?) They greeted us with hi how are you (this was for iftaar). This place was also a hookah bar. The best part was definately the food though. Located accross the street from Ingram mall and a few miles from the islamic center of san antonio. Posted on September 17, 2008 |

★★★★☆ I agree, the food was delicious! We had a great meal there, mash'Allah. The only problem I had there was that their iced tea had a very strange taste to it. I don't want to say what it tasted like because I don't want to be "overly harsh". Posted on August 1, 2008 |
