“Fattoush” is a family venture that aims to introduce Middle-Eastern, especially Iraqi food to American people. Food, with no doubt, could be a mirror of a whole culture. Beginning in 2004, the restaurant has succeeded to win a substantial number of clients, other than those who decent from Middle-Eastern origins.
