★★☆☆☆ Very disappointed with food quality. Chat papri was very good but chicken tikka and lamb biryani along with naan was below average. Service, too slow. Would not go there again. Posted on September 14, 2014 |

★★★★★ Good food and the owner was very nice! The chicken jalfrezi and naan/kulcha were amazing! Posted on March 22, 2014 |

★★★★★ This is the place we finally found "Halwa Puri" in Philadelphia. It was very Good. They prepare Halwa Puri on demand on Sundays only. You need to call them in advance and confirm so they can prepare for you. Posted on February 15, 2014 |

NR Ordered chicken tikka biryani, chaat papari and chicken sheesh kabab. The food was really good and tasted homemade. I will admit that the service was a bit slow and it is not the most glamorous place to eat, but the food makes up for it. Posted on December 8, 2011 |

★★★★☆ Stopped by when we were in the area, and was pleasantly surprised. Extensive menu and quick food preparation. One thing that we didn't like was that there are no sandwiches or "kid-friendly" items on the menu -- mostly rice, curries and other similar items. Also, there were no high-chairs for kids. As such, this is more of a take-out place, although they do have several tables available. Nice place for one-stop shopping for take-out, groceries, and meat! Posted on September 9, 2011 |

★★★★★ The food here is delicious! It's already hard finding good halal food around this area, so I decided to try this one out with not much expectation. But after tasting the food, it was beyond good. We've tried the biryani, chili chicken, gosht karahi, and chicken kashmiri. The taste of the food was on par with spice, salt, and overall flavor. I'd definitely recommend this place because of the awesome experience of food. It's important to mention that it's more take out because the eating in is not fancy at all. But forget decor and go for food! Posted on July 14, 2011 |

★★★★★ Very good food and customer service. I believe it is now operated under new management. The chef is great. Everything we ordered was freshly made and very tasty. Loved it and highly recommend it.
I hope they keep the food qaulity maintained and keep the same chef. Posted on September 29, 2010 |
