If you haven't made the drive out to Collage Park to discover one of the area's best kept secrets. A cozy, semi-casual dining area with an inviting atmosphere accented by Turkish pillows in the booths and the art on the walls gives a vibe of a big city establishment. Zeytin Turkish Restaurant is a destination spot well worth the drive. Added on December 9, 2017 and last updated 8 months ago
★★★★★ Ate here with my fiancé and we arrived fairly close to closing time and staff was still extremely polite and welcoming. Ordered the lentil soup for the appetizer, it tasted great and had a good consistency (not too watery, not too thick). Ordered the lamb cubes, with rice, which had wonderful spices, easy to cut and soft enough to chew easily. We split the lamb cubes and there was enough for both of us. I also had the yogurt drink. Comfortable seating, polite staff, and good food. Price was reasonable but we split one entree. The waitress did confirm that their menu is all halal and the main sign outside says "halal" on it. Note that they do serve alcohol. Posted on July 3, 2018
