★☆☆☆☆ Poor food and extremely expensive. I ordered chicken biryani and it was oily and I would rate it a 2 out of 10. That cost me $20. Luckily I had a 15% coupon. Avoid if you can. Posted on June 10, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ My wife and I had been in Orlando for 2 days and were allready missing good halal food. we came across this restaurant through the ever useful Zabihah website, we should have resisted temptation and follwed the advice of the two bad reviews (instead of the two good reviews). The starters were served cold or warm at best more than likely a 60 seconds in a microwave job definitley not fresh, the rice seemed old and the curries were definitley not worht the price we were charged. The pricing was in my opinion way off, we ordered 2 starters and 3 mains and got a whopping bill of $97 USD. All in all not a very good experience, way too pricey, below average food. ★☆☆☆☆ i had ordered the chicken biryani and the rice was VERY OLD, and the chicken was placed on top of the rice, as if the rice was made earlier, and he just warmed up some chicken, due to high rent are the prices are very hi, in fact i paid around a whopping $17 for one person with no drink and no dessert excluding tip. food quality below average Posted on September 15, 2006 |

★☆☆☆☆ Environment - Very Poor. The seat that we got hardly had space to breath between the seat and the table. The food preparer was working inches away from my ear making loud noise complete in sensitive to my existence. Finally we had to move to another seat. Food: Below average. Barely tolerable.
Price: Extremely expensive. We are not big eaters. My wife and two daughters ordered a total of four dishes with drinks. The bill was US dollars 80 (Eighty). We felt that we got ripped off. Next day we went to the Ponderosa Steak House just half a Km away and had an excellent buffet plus four succulent sea food dinners for just US dollars 45 (forty five). While we were eating in the Ponderosa Steak House, we regretted eating in Passage To India. We will visit Florida again but will never eat in Passage To India. Posted on July 23, 2005 |

★★★☆☆ My wife and I arrived to our Universal Studios resort on a Sunday night craving curry, rice, and tandoor nan. We explored zabihah.com and wrote down every restaurant and number within the downtown area. After calling several of the places, only one delivered (and that was through a Taxi Delivery service): "Passage to India." You can print a 50%off second entree coupon from their website, but our hotel had a coupon printed on a "Passage to India" card. So check where you stay. So we were pleased that this restaurant delivered to the hotel. That was the first points for it. The owner and staff verified its Halal authenticity. More points for it. The food allowed a few more points. We ordered curry chicken, vegetable biryani, and tandoori nan. I t was delivered hot and we praised Allah that we got to eat what we craved thsi first night. Since we had ordered in, I cannot give points for the restaurant's decor. Ultimately, the highest rating for food, service, and halal authenticity I can give this restaurant is Average.
