★★★☆☆ Being the biryani lover that I am, I had to stop by here. We ordered the chicken biryani and the lamb biryani. The biryani is not authentic hyderabadi (India) biryani, thus it was only OK for me. The chicken biryani tasted like it was made exclusively with tons of Shan masala. Posted on November 10, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ I ordered chicken biryani To Go, they charged me like $13 for the same and I needed a microscope to check for chicken in the biryani....i thought it was a mistake, ordered out again and same thing, just 2 pcs of chicken...$13 for 2 pcs of chicken and rice is tooo steep. Their chicken 65 is better but was very disappointed with the biryani considering the price. Posted on July 1, 2009 |

★★★★★ Was looking for good biryani place and north indian restaurant in north brunswick ...
and after reading reviews here I wanted to give it a try.
And ..the food is one of the best Indian food I ever had in US . It's light , and I didn't feel bloated / heavy after eating the food ..(which means oil used is good)
Staff was friendly ... and I ordered "mild" biryani after user experiences listed here..and it was very good.
They have special crispy chicken dish ..which is not added to the menu there as per the staff who was serving me ...great for kids .
Their paneer dish with tandoori roti was superb too...
full marks ... Posted on January 18, 2009 |

★★★☆☆ Convenient location and decent parking. The guy at the front desk was quite friendly and told about the local shop they bought halal meat from. Food quality quite good. Although overly spicy. Posted on July 13, 2008 |

★☆☆☆☆ Worst restaurant i have ever been so far, I actually wanted to try buffet lunch with my family, i cant belive they charged 7$ for my daughter who is just 2 years old, and 7$ for my son who is just 4 years old and the worst thing is they did not eat at all, worst managment just money minded they dont care or give any respect to their guest's just interested in money. And another thing is they gave the check even before i completed my main course. I would not recomment this restaurant to any one. Posted on April 12, 2008 |
