Chinese Dhaba |
 |
5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd., Norcross, GA 30071
Our cooking technique blends an array of Indian herbs and spices into traditional Chinese cuisine to create unique flavors to give you a distinctive dining experience, much like one that may be found at a dhaba, or a countryside restaurant in the subcontinent. Carefully selected ingredients prepared in your choice of Manchurian, Szechuan, Chili or Garlic sauce present ardent, and sometimes, fiery propositions. Our special Shahi Falooda Kulfi, a rich dessert prepared with kulfi ice cream dipped in rabri with rose syrup and vermicelli sprinkled with nuts, adds a royal touch to your visit. ★★★★★ Very Good Chinese Hakka! We had chicken noodles and Szechuan chicken! It was very good. Spicy! Thank God for a halal Chinese place. It is inside the Global Mall. I will definitely return! Posted on December 24, 2015 |

★★★★★ I WISH I could give this resturaunt higher than a 5. Food is marvelous would highly recommend chili beef and each dish comes with sticky rice. Posted on September 27, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Another great find in the Atlanta area. The food was excellent. Pricing was reasonable and the quantity was acceptable. I have been to this place twice and I ordered Shrimp LoMien. Shrimp fried rice, Beef fried rice, chicken corn soup. Everything was excellent. This place has no ambiance as it is in a food court in the Global Mall which is an ethnic South Asian Mall. Highly recommended. Posted on August 27, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Another frequent place for us. You dont find chinese food desi style everywhere, specially in chinese rest where they use pork. food is tasty, all dishes may taste the same, again its the spices, but the portion is big. 1rice/1dish enough for 2people. Posted on December 30, 2012 |

★★★★★ Although I do agree that the food is spicy, it depends on what dish you order. Many dishes have an authentic Chinese taste. Also, the title claims that this restaurant combines Chinese with Indian, so the food is expected to have some Indian spices. I think it just enhances the flavor for the better. I have tried the Chicken Manchurian, Shrimp Manchurian, House Special Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chicken 65. Everything I've tried has been excellent, but my favorite would be the House Special Rice and the Chicken 65. Service is not that great, I like the Norcross location more. But the food is worth it. ★★★☆☆ Food was very ordinary. All dishes has same taste i.e. highly spicy with red chilies. Chinese will definately die due to high spice after eating this type of chinese dishes Posted on July 16, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Global Mall location is the only one left open now. Although the place is self serve but the experience is a disaster. The lady behind the counter would be fun to watch if it was candid camera but unfortunately it is our orders that she is dealing with. During our last 3 visits she has always succeeded to mess up our order. Wrong dishes a few times, someone else's entire take out order once, no shrimps in a shrimp dish and the list goes on.
We were not the only ones going through all this, almost every other customer was having problems as well.
Food is just average. Too spicy for most of the people. The folks are not Hindus but Agha Khani's. I wish they would bring the cook they had in the Alpharetta location. He was really good. Posted on September 10, 2006 |

★☆☆☆☆ The lady was so rude, she wouldn't even look or answer us after we order 35 dollars worth of food... when she finally did I was so disappointed... The Manchurian sauce looked like soy sauce and garlic and tasted worse... the only thing I could reccommend was the stir fry rice... the food tasted like it came out of someones back kitchen.... never again Posted on August 16, 2006 |

★☆☆☆☆ The worst service ever- Lady actually yelled at ME when she could not get my order correct. I will never go back- Posted on April 11, 2006 |

★★★★☆ Portions in this original branch, in Global Mall, are smaller than the ones in Alpharetta. Food taste is not that much different. Chef in Alpharetta is Chinese. I am not too sure about the Halal claim though. Please investigate yourslef and ask where do they buy the meet from and if it is "Zabihah" or hand-cut or not. Posted on December 5, 2004 |
