We have no microwaves in the store and our kitchen is wide open for you to see your food being prepared. Our hummus, Baba Ganoosh and Tabouleh are made fresh through out the day. The Falafel's are always fried fresh to order. Our Shawarma's are made of hand sliced, marinated beef and chicken. We do not use a processed 'meat cone'.
